ABOUT
I’m Lily— a chef and entrepreneur living between New York and West Cork. I love building businesses, eating sandwiches, and swimming in the sea.
I’ve worked across kitchens, farms, and creative projects on both sides of the Atlantic for over a decade. I’ve been a cheesemaker, oyster farmer, and recipe tester— all before founding and operating my own cafe on Fishers Island, NY. I sold the cafe in the spring of 2025.
The joke when I walk into any room is that I’ve “worked everywhere, for everyone.”
I believe hospitality has the power to shape community for the better and my consulting work is an extension of that belief: I partner with founders and food businesses to create systems, stories, and spaces that endure.
I am highly organized, passionate, and a true people-person.
