Running my own business ignited in me a desire to help other female food entrepreneurs. While my cafe was a financial and community success, there were many moments when I needed a sounding board— someone who had been through it all. Now, in my consulting work, I get to be that person. 

I specialize in hospitality and food & beverage businesses, with expertise across NYC and Irish markets. I work primarily with brick & mortar food service/retail businesses and direct-to-consumer food brands. I have also worked with nonprofits, culinary schools, and creative agencies. 

I have a deep understanding of what makes food ventures thrive and an intense passion that my clients find invigorating. I bring with me an incredible network of industry leaders I am lucky to call friends.
